She is passionate about helping other educators reach their goals of financial independence and supporting students through the college process.
Dr. Sterk co-authored the nationally recognized workbook, College UnMazed: Your Guide to Navigate the High School to College Maze, and holds a Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Creighton University.

Dr. Jessica Ruzicka is a seasoned educational consultant with over 25 years of experience guiding students and families through the college admissions process, as both a college counselor and higher education administrator.
She has held various roles in higher education, including positions in financial aid, admissions, academic advising, career development, and program development. She is dedicated to assisting students in making informed decisions about their educational and career paths.
Dr. Ruzicka earned her Doctorate in Education from Nova Southeastern University. Â
